Mark Goliger, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Goliger comes from health care industry where he helped two large organizations provide exceptional customer service in a highly regulated and difficult environment. As the former COO of Qualicare Family Homecare, Mr. Goliger oversaw the expansion of their business units across Canada and the United States. As COO he lead his team in the creation and implementation of 195 policies and procedures and 75 corresponding forms, all conforming to strict practices, creating risk management for the highly regulated Canadian and US health care systems. Previous to Qualicare, Mr. Goliger was the COO of Right at Home Canada. Right at Home has over 500 locations in 8 countries; a complicated system that required centralized services, infrastructure and management. In both roles, Mr. Goliger focused on empowering front line staff to provide high touch customer experience. Under Mr. Goliger’s leadership in Right at Home Canada, employee turnover dropped by 84%..
Michael Best, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Best holds a CPA, CGA Designation and an Honours degree in Public Administration. With over 27 years of experience in accounting and financial management he has held progressively senior roles throughout his career. Previously, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Computer Media Products Ltd. for a period of 12 years, following 3 years as Controller. Prior to that time, he spent 11 years working with MetLife at their Canadian Head Office located in Ottawa, holding several positions of increasing responsibility within Accounting, Treasury, Cash Management and Budget and Expense Divisions. After the sale of MetLife’s Canadian business, Michael continued to work with MetLife U.S. Operations participating in demutualization and IPO initiatives. Michael is a member of Financial Executives International, National Capital Region Chapter.
Christopher Kane, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Kane is responsible for overseeing NAC’s day-to-day operations advancing our retail operations as well as implementing the Company’s long-term business strategy. Mr. Kane brings a diverse background in both Canadian Retail and Pharmaceutical operations to our team, most importantly his deep knowledge and experience in the security protocols required to responsibly manage controlled substances for the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Kane comes to NAC with more than three decades of leadership experience in Retail Operations, Category Management, Merchandising, Pharmacy, Logistics and Marketing and Business Development as the former SVP of Operations and Strategy at Mckesson Canada/Katz Group Canada and VP of Operations and VP of Category Management and Merchandising at Sobeys.
Derek Odgen, President
Mr. Ogden was a former RCMP officer in charge of Drug Enforcement and Director General of the Drugs and Organized Crime branch, where he worked with Health Canada and the Departments of Defence and Justice. He was the former Director of Anti-Illicit Trade Program and worked as Director of Security for Imperial Tobacco Canada Ltd. between 2008 and 2013. After leaving Imperial Tobacco Mr. Ogden founded Obsidian Consulting, specializing in providing security services to companies involved in the cannabis industry. Specifically, Mr. Ogden drafted security protocols for licensed producer applications in both Canada and the United States. Mr. Ogden has a critical role as an advisor and consultant to the safe and regulatory build out and operational activities of our retail store network in Manitoba, and throughout Canada.

Chuck Rifici, Chairman
CEO of Nesta Holding Co., a private equity firm focused on cannabis opportunities, CEO and Chairman of Cannabis Wheaton, a financer of Licensed Producers. Chuck also sat on the boards or Aurora, Supreme Pharmaceuticals and CannaRoyalty. Mr. Rifici is the co-founder and former CEO of Canopy Growth (formerly Tweed). Cannabis Wheaton provides NAC, and other parties, a future supply through many streams of cannabis that will be coming online over the next two years.
Rocco Meliambro, Director
20 years in the investment industry as VP and Director for Moss Lawson and Research Capital. As a publically traded company, NAC relies on Mr. Meliambro to continue to raise the required capital during our rapid growth in the medical and recreational markets.
Dr. John Gillis, Director
Former ER Physician, Medical Director of the Centre for Pain Management (Halifax), President and Medical Director of 23Care, former Chief Medical Advisor of Tweed, co-founder of Nova Scotia Licensed Producer, THC. Dr. Gillis continues to advise NAC on medical relationships and advancements within the medical industry.
Jeff Hunt, Director
Partner in the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment group retail district, former national franchiser to Sears, president and part owner of CFL Ottawa Redblacks. Mr. Hunt is linked to multiple sports and affiliated industries, brining positive spokespeople to our responsible recreational and medial models.
Mark Lustig, Director
Founder of Cannabis Royalties, former Senior Producer at GMP Securities, former head of capital markets at Dundee Capital Markets. Cannabis Royalties has a diverse portfolio of medical and recreational brands from international sources that are being licensed into Canada, bringing well-established brands and innovative products to our retail network via Licensed Producer partners.
Chief Christian Sinclair, Director — Formal appointment February 2018
Member of the Opaskwayak Cree Nation (OCN, Manitoba). Co-chair of Manitoba’s Northern Economic Development Strategy. Since 2002, has worked with aboriginal groups focused on corporate development for major natural resource projects related to hydro, mining, oil and gas. Chief Sinclair is well connected and regarded by the First Nations communities throughout Manitoba, linking together in development and partnerships with Indigenous communities and the Province of Manitoba.
